Principal Responsibilities & Accountabilities
• Analyze business needs of clients to help identify business problems and propose solutions
• Act as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems
• Work closely with line and project members to help formulate and consolidate and document business requirements
• Participate in issue management and tracking
• Execute test scripts and document results
• Provide progress reporting through effective and meaningful metrics
• Coordinate and provide training for test users during the testing phase of each release
• Deliver training to line and project members
• Input to production support of the deployed system

Qualifications & Experience
• 5 years of Business Analyst experience
